Callens score improvement support
If a student completes at least 90% of scheduled live classes, submits all weekly writing assignments, and takes prescribed mock exams but does not achieve the target IELTS band or CEFR passing mark, Callens Institute provides complimentary access to subsequent live batches and additional faculty reviews at zero extra tuition fee until the target score is achieved.
1. Pre-Batch Cancellation
Students who cancel enrolment at least 48 hours before the official batch orientation date are eligible for a refund, minus a nominal administrative and diagnostic processing fee of INR 1,000.
2. Batch Transfers and Freezes
Students may request a free batch transfer or cohort freeze of up to 6 months for professional or medical emergencies. Remaining class credits and mock allocations transfer to the new cohort.
3. Post-Commencement Policy
Because class size is limited to protect speaking turns, tuition fees become non-refundable once the third class of a cohort has concluded. Students retain access to curriculum notes, recordings, and essay-bank material.
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from formal verification by our finance desk.
