1. Institutional Scope
These Terms of Service govern your enrolment, attendance, and usage of educational services, diagnostic tools, classroom materials, and digital platforms provided by Callens Institute at Metro Pillar 780, Dwarka Mor, New Delhi 110059 and online.
2. Enrolment and Batch Allocation
Admission into specific language cohorts is confirmed upon successful completion of the diagnostic assessment and fee settlement. Callens Institute enforces maximum cohort capacities to protect teaching quality.
3. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, diagnostic frameworks, audio speech transcripts, essay model rubrics, and video masterclass recordings are the intellectual property of Callens Institute. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
4. Student Conduct
Callens maintains a professional, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty during mock exams, harassment, or misuse of live video sessions may result in suspension without refund.
5. Attendance and Score Guarantee
Eligibility for complimentary repeat cohort access requires students to maintain minimum live attendance, complete scheduled mock tests, and submit assigned weekly writing drills on time.
