Callens Young Speakers Program
We don’t just teach English. We build children who walk into any room — classroom, stage, interview, or dinner table — and own it. Communication confidence that lasts a lifetime, built in 8 focused weeks.

Six Things Every Young Speaker Leaves With
Every skill we work on is something your child will use every day — not just in a classroom, but in life.
English Communication
We work on how children construct sentences, choose words, and express ideas clearly — in real conversations, not just textbook exercises. The goal is confident everyday English.
Breaking Hesitation
The gap between knowing what to say and actually saying it. We target this directly — through structured activities that push children to respond, engage and express without freezing or waiting for permission.
Public Speaking
From a 2-minute talk in front of 5 classmates to a full stage presentation in front of parents — we build this skill step by step. Structure, delivery, pauses, eye contact, voice modulation. All of it.
Conquering Stage Fear
Stage fear is just unfamiliarity. We remove it by putting children on stage repeatedly — in safe, encouraging environments — until standing up and speaking feels completely normal.
1-on-1 Interaction
Talking to a teacher is easy. Talking to a stranger, a senior, a panel, or a new peer is different. We simulate real-world interactions — formal, informal, professional, and social — so children are comfortable with everyone.
Self-Expression & Storytelling
Children who can tell a story, describe an experience, and share an opinion with warmth and clarity stand out everywhere — in classrooms, interviews, and friendships. We build this from the inside out.

Every Child Is Different. We Plan Accordingly.
Before your child joins, we have an honest conversation with you. Here is exactly how we approach two different types of students — and what parents can expect from each path.
The Ready Speaker
“My child understands and speaks English — but is shy, hesitant, or afraid of speaking in front of others.”
This is our standard 8-week Young Speakers program. Your child already has the language — we give them the confidence, structure, and stage presence to use it fully.
- Week 1–2: Ice-breaking, voice & self-expression
- Week 3–4: Storytelling, conversation & debate
- Week 5–6: Public speaking & stage activities
- Week 7–8: Rehearsal & final live presentation
The Building Speaker
“My child’s English is still developing — they struggle to form sentences or speak with ease.”
We are honest with parents from day one. Putting a child on stage before they have the language would damage their confidence, not build it. So we do this differently.
- Month 1: English for Kids — spoken foundation first
- Month 2: Introduction to Young Speakers activities
- Month 3+: Full Young Speakers program
- Final: Live presentation once truly stage-ready
Not sure which track your child needs? That is exactly what our free assessment session is for. We speak with your child for 20 minutes, give you an honest picture, and recommend the right path — no pressure, no obligation.
What Happens Week by Week
Every week has a clear theme, a clear activity, and a clear outcome. Parents always know exactly what their child is working on.
Ice-Breaking & First Words
Introductions, names, interests. Breaking the silence. Making the first real English conversation feel natural and safe.
Voice, Tone & Expression
Volume, clarity, pace. How to make your voice carry. Speaking with energy, not mumbling with embarrassment.
Storytelling
Every child has stories. We teach them to tell those stories with structure — a beginning, a turning point, and an ending that lands.
Conversation & Interaction
Talking to someone older. Talking to someone you just met. Asking questions. Holding a conversation without letting it die.
Opinion & Debate
How to say what you think without aggression. How to disagree politely. How to defend a point of view in front of others.
Stage — First Performance
First time standing alone in front of the group and delivering a full talk. Feedback, refinement, and the confidence that comes from doing it.
Refinement & Rehearsal
Polishing the final presentation. Working on posture, eye contact, pauses, and delivery until it feels natural, not performed.
Live Performance — Parents Invited
Each student delivers their final presentation to a live audience. Certificates awarded. Parents see exactly what eight weeks of real work looks like.

What You Will Actually See Change in 8 Weeks
We know the real test is not on the stage — it is at the dinner table, in the school corridor, and at a relative’s house when an adult asks your child a question. Here is what parents typically notice:
- They start responding instead of going quiet. Questions get answered. Opinions get shared. Silence stops being the default.
- They stop needing you to speak for them. At shops, at schools, with strangers — they begin to handle it themselves.
- Their posture changes. How a child carries themselves when they feel heard and capable looks different. Parents notice it first.
- School improves. Class participation, teacher perception, and peer confidence all follow naturally from communication confidence.
- The stage stops being scary. By Week 6, most children are looking forward to performing — not dreading it.

Real Results from Real Families
“My daughter used to refuse to speak at family gatherings. After the Young Speakers program, she gave a full 5-minute presentation in front of 30 people. I was in tears. Callens didn’t just teach her English — they gave her herself.”
“Arpit Sir was honest with us from the start — he said our son needed the Foundation Track first. We appreciated that. Three months later our son won his school’s English elocution. The right approach makes all the difference.”
“My son would hide behind me every time someone asked him a question. Now he introduces himself first. The confidence, the eye contact, the way he speaks — it is a completely different child. Worth every rupee.”
